Cream/Cake tart
If you are looking to make a celebratory 'cake' that's stunning and looks way more complicated than it actually is, this is the recipe for you. It's pretty simple to bake. You roll out the dough like you would for cookies and cut it into desired shape and bake. Then you sandwich them with Buttercream or cream cheese frosting and top them with fresh flowers, berries, chocolates etc. It's quite straightforward. For the dough : Flour - 3 cups Sugar-3/4cups Honey-1/4cup Eggs - 2 Vanilla-1tsp Butter- 100gms (unsalted) Baking pow-1tsp Salt - a pinch. Take a sauce pan, combine eggs, sugar, honey, salt and vanilla essence. Whisk with a balloon whisk or fork. Add butter to the mix and place on the stove, over medium heat.
